Introducing → Voice of the Customer

Listen

Starting next week, you will hear what we call the Voice of the Customer, hosted by yours truly, André Brathwaite.

It will be based on what people send in, message boards I read online, and the great conversations I've had with others. I'll be giving brands a perspective on problems adults face in the world we all live in, and the opportunities to solve them.

The opinions expressed are solely those of Forms of Recreation and do not necessarily reflect the views of any brand mentioned. We encourage you to check their corresponding websites for further information.

    Hi there. Andre here.

We are changing things up here at Forms of Recreation. This podcast is about to get even better.

Starting next week, you will hear what we call the "voice of the customer". It will be based on what people send in, message boards I read online, and the great conversations I've had with others. I'll be giving brands a perspective on problems adults face in the world we all live in, and the opportunities to solve them.

    Marketers. This is for you.

And honestly, this is for adults too.

    Think about it.

What if brands start providing experiences that make our lives better, and buying a product becomes the byproduct of a job well done?

How about realizing that when we retire, we are looking for things to do that give us meaning after finally putting our work lives behind us.

Even better? Why don't brands help us have more balanced lives DURING our work lives?

The Voice of the Customer, coming up next week and every week, hosted by me, Andre Brathwaite, on the Forms of Recreation podcast.

Have you checked our site yet? We made some great changes that now benefit adults and brands. Adults can now discover travel destinations offering experiences by brands that share their form of recreation.
